About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct ongoing fraud alert reviews using the Fraud Monitoring System (FMS) for consumer and business segments in Singapore and regionally.
- Investigate and analyse cardholder-disputed transactions and decide appropriate next steps while minimising financial losses and maintaining customer experience.
- Collaborate with key business functions to ensure smooth end-to-end internal processes, customer satisfaction, and protection of company and user interests.
- Identify new fraud patterns, fraudulent merchants, and merchant/acquirer points of compromise; report findings to the Team Lead for remediation.
- Perform ad hoc compliance duties.
