About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, launch, and QA campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms across countries
- Keep creatives fresh regularly and upload assets through pipelines
- Maintain clean naming conventions and tracking parameters
- Monitor daily pacing against budgets
- Own weekly reports with performance analysis, insights, and recommended optimizations
- Keep costs and trackers up to date and reconcile numbers
- Maintain audience syncs, exclusion lists, and conversion event checks across platforms
- Manage ad-account administration, including users, billing, payment methods, invoices, and platform policy issues
- Work with country teams on execution questions and paid amplification of content and community campaigns
- Handle day-to-day questions from platform account managers and escalate accordingly
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 3 years hands-on experience in paid social or paid search, agency or in-house
- Personally built and optimised campaigns on Meta and at least one of Google or TikTok
- Careful attention to tracking parameters, naming, budgets, and dates
- High competency in AI platforms is a plus
- App marketing and experience with platforms like AppsFlyer is preferred
