About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up laptops for new hires using Windows and Mac
- Maintain devices and support their full lifecycle, including setup, repairs, returns, and shared or loaner devices
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software questions
- Own and manage escalation paths to Visma IT
- Maintain office infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, audiovisual technology, and event technology
- Identify office IT improvements and replacement needs
- Roll out and maintain group-wide tools including Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Learn tool selection and policy processes across the group
- Take on increasing responsibility while building a broad IT foundation
- Support colleagues across Teamleader, Yuki, and AdminPulse offices
Requirements
What you’ll need- A tech or ICT education, or equivalent hands-on curiosity and know-how
- Genuine interest in hardware, software, and solving IT problems
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac environments
- Exposure to Google Workspace, MDM tools such as Intune, or Notion is a plus
- Clear and approachable communication with non-technical colleagues
- Willingness to work between Ghent and Antwerp offices, with occasional travel to Barcelona
- English is required
- Dutch is a strong advantage
- Internships or student work in IT support are nice to have
- Network/Wi-Fi basics are nice to have
- Audiovisual and meeting-room technology experience is nice to have
