About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-product UX/UI initiatives from discovery through delivery
Own shared product patterns such as navigation and components
Evolve the Design System by identifying gaps and building or improving reusable components and patterns with designers and engineers
Turn complex problems into polished, intuitive, accessible interfaces
Work from early concept through implementation in Figma
Use support tickets, product data, and customer feedback to identify and prioritize user problems
Translate AI output into dense, actionable insight
Use AI throughout research, exploration, prototyping, and collaboration with engineering
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years as a Product Designer or similar
Experience designing complex product experiences and patterns that scale across teams
Strong UI and interaction design skills
Experience building or contributing to a Design System
Background mixing design and engineering is a plus
B2B/SaaS or mobile experience is a plus
Strong portfolio covering complex web applications
AI-first mindset; ability to translate AI output into actionable decisions
Genuine use of AI in workflow, including Figma, Claude Design, Claude Code, and Mixpanel
Proactive and independent ownership
Clear and regular communication, including flagging progress and blockers early
Excellent Dutch and English required
