About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze transactions showing signs of fraud through manual review
- Issue recommendations in accordance with the company’s risk policy
- Support the identification of suspicious patterns and atypical behavior
- Conduct studies and analyses based on the department’s needs
- Contribute to continuous improvements in fraud prevention processes
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of analyses performed
- Help secure transactions and mitigate fraud risks
- Contribute to fraud prevention and the continuous improvement of processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Risk and/or Fraud Prevention
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and logical reasoning
- Agility and sound judgment in decision-making
- Experience working at startups (preferred, not required)
- Experience with payment methods (preferred, not required)
- Knowledge of SQL (preferred, not required)
- Experience in e-commerce fraud prevention (preferred, not required)
