About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build enterprise go-to-market strategy for Zapier's next chapter and products such as Sidekick
- Stand up enterprise GTM for Sidekick
- Shape Zapier's governance narrative around secure authentication, identity management, and safety with agent use
- Own positioning and packaging for Zapier Enterprise
- Define commercial packaging from design partnerships through general availability
- Shape the enterprise ICP and develop a focused, repeatable GTM motion
- Develop talk tracks around Zapier differentiators such as fluid determinism
- Create case studies and proof points with the customer advocacy team
- Provide product-level depth in competitive deals and articulate why Zapier wins
- Collaborate with product marketing managers on positioning, launches, and enterprise sales narratives
- Partner with Product and Sales to shape and close enterprise opportunities
- Translate product updates into field-ready revenue-enablement materials
- Feed deal feedback to Product regarding commercial readiness
- Report to the Director of Product Marketing and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in product marketing with meaningful time supporting enterprise sales
- Experience achieving product-market fit for a new product
- Experience turning pricing and packaging experiments into a repeatable motion reaching customers and closing revenue
- Deep product and technical knowledge, including MCP or agent-based workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to C-level buyers
- Experience with enterprise buyers, proposals, demos, and customer feedback
- Ability to use data from customer conversations, deal feedback, and packaging experiments to drive decisions
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with clear written updates, tight documentation, and follow-through
- Active use of AI tools; ideally experience building automations
- Must be authorized to work from the candidate's home location; Zapier does not sponsor visas or transfers
