Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of applicable partner management sales experience required
  • 5+ years of machine vision experience required
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience
  • Must reside in the US Midwest region
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% or as business dictates
  • Experience managing, supervising, and developing a successful technology sales team, including direct management of other sales leaders
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic organizational alignment
  • Strong understanding of machine vision, enterprise hardware, industrial automation, or closely related high-tech sectors
  • Track record of guiding teams to deliver significant regional or territory sales targets, e.g. $25 million+
  • Technical degree highly preferred
  • Fixed industrial scanning experience in specified vertical markets desired
  • Comfort selling in a highly technical environment and sophisticated technical comprehension
  • Ability to develop and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Ability to plan and implement strategic sales plans
  • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills
