About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide fact-based market insights to influence decision-making and strategic planning
- Perform vertical reporting and provide data-based recommendations to business leaders
- Collaborate with analysts to support different business functions
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and solutions teams
- Understand business needs and translate them into appropriate research designs
- Deliver reports using pivot tables, graphs, and other formats to aid stakeholder interpretation
- Support business units and marketing teams on intelligence and research requests
- Apply analytical techniques, problem-solving, research, and quantitative analysis skills to generate recommendations
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Marketing, Finance or similar
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
- Must be able to work hybrid schedule: 3 days in office and 2 remote, in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY
- High level of Excel skills strongly preferred
- Power BI and SQL knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical skills, including data cleaning and preparation and analyzing data to extract answers to business questions
- Ability to present data in a visually compelling format
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attitude to learn and grow within the company
