About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Share responsibility for product line and specific portfolio marketing for RFID hardware products, software, and solutions offerings
- Execute product marketing strategy through vertical, field, and channel marketing resources
- Build and maintain a marketing competitive advantage
- Immerse in the competitive and commercial marketplace
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Provide sales enablement and competitive analysis
- Contribute to strategic planning and product management functions
- Act as marketing's single point of contact for part of the company portfolio for internal and external stakeholders
- Own product and software reinvigorate, refresh, and retire programs
- Activate global product marketing content in marquee horizontal media outlets and events
- Lead targeted inbound digital SEO/AEO/SEM campaigns for priority products
- Guide AR, PR, social, and corporate communications programs
- Monitor and drive organizational response to primary competitors' regional marketing campaigns and messaging
- Lead regional marketing participation and own marketing on product launch calls
- Influence promotional, incentive, and rebate strategy within the GTM plan
- Manage content creation from inception through delivery
- Own country/region GTM planning and comprehensive portfolio-specific regional GTM marketing
- Generate portfolio pipeline through marketing influence and demand generation
- Ensure successful seller adoption of enablement materials
- Represent the regional voice of the customer to the global product marketing team
- Support portfolio-specific, cross-vertical initiatives in the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- 8+ years of product marketing and/or comparable product management/development experience within the B2B mobile computing or software sectors
- Clarity of thinking & vision with keen prioritization skills
- Organizational agility in a matrix and indirect-management environment
- Influence, negotiation, and partnership skills with product teams
- Ability to drive results and execution through a virtual team
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization environment
- Ability to technically understand how products fit together to create and deliver a solution
- Channel Marketing experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated whole lifecycle product marketing experience, from NPI to EOL
- Understanding of holistic go-to-market readiness, especially readiness of different channels for the portfolio at large
- Competitive analysis, with a focus on neutralizing and responding to marketing tactics in region
- Demonstrated willingness to actively participate with vertical marketing teams
- Ability to work hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 remote, from Lincolnshire, Illinois, or Holtsville, New York
- Willingness to travel 10%
