About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions
- Assist in reviewing and improving existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
- Maintain and update reports, trackers, and visual dashboards to provide visibility on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs and support ongoing initiatives
- Execute a designated individual or team project, presenting actionable recommendations and findings to leadership
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills
- Develop team-based work proficiencies
- Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
- Participate in training, hands-on experiences, social and development activities, and a professional mentor relationship
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Operations or similar
- Must have an anticipated graduation date between May 2027 - December 2029
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Hybrid internship with at least 3 days of in-office attendance in either Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY
