Key responsibilities & impact

Conceptualize and produce graphics, social media content, ad creatives, and product visuals using AI tools
Work closely with the Senior Art Director and Content Marketing Manager
Translate campaign and content concepts into visual and video formats
Build and maintain AI-powered content workflows and automations
Develop template systems, batch production processes, and content pipelines
Produce video and motion content using AI tools for social media and advertising
Evaluate and introduce new AI tools for design, content creation, and automation
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all AI-generated assets

What you’ll need

Degree or vocational training in graphic design, media design, communication design, or a comparable field; career changers with a strong portfolio are welcome
Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, or similar tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
Understanding of prompting and workflow automation, such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, is an advantage
Strong eye for brand identity and visual language, with high standards for the quality of your work
Proactive and experimental approach to work
Willingness to test and evaluate new tools
