About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, negotiate, and draft contracts with suppliers, trading partners, and cooperation partners
- Advise the company on employment and corporate law matters in close coordination with HR and the executive team
- Manage and brief external law firms on specialist matters such as competition law, trademark law, and complex regulatory issues
- Establish legal structures and documentation, including contract templates, compliance policies, and GDPR processes
- Build the legal function at ZEINpharma and report directly to the C-suite
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in law or business law (commercial lawyer, LL.B./LL.M.; fully qualified lawyer welcome but not required)
- 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in-house or at a law firm with a focus on commercial and contract law
- Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
- Sound knowledge of employment law and commercial law fundamentals
- Knowledge of corporate law is an advantage
- Willingness to make decisions independently
