About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the IT Manager
- Build and further develop the in-house IT infrastructure
- Take responsibility for users, networks, servers, cloud systems, and endpoints
- Manage users, order hardware, and provide support
- Administer Microsoft 365 as part of day-to-day operations
- Operate networks and printers and resolve technical issues
- Resolve IT tickets and inquiries
- Maintain and manage assets and documentation
- Manage Windows and iOS endpoints using standardized processes
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least initial professional experience as an IT Systems Engineer or Administrator
- Knowledge of networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, and user administration and support
- Confident user of Microsoft 365
- Structured and proactive working style
- Nice to have: Experience in a production environment (OT/IT)
- Nice to have: Certifications (Fortinet, Microsoft)
- Nice to have: Knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIS2
