About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain integrated master schedules for individual developments and the overall portfolio.
Establish enterprise scheduling structures, calendars, coding, milestones, progress rules, reporting standards, governance, and planning cadence.
Integrate schedules across land acquisition, design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, turnover, and occupancy.
Consolidate schedule inputs from internal teams, consultants, vendors, contractors, manufacturing operations, and planning systems.
Track progress against baselines and forecasts; identify deviations, bottlenecks, critical-path impacts, and recovery options.
Lead integrated schedule reviews and clarify ownership of inputs, updates, approvals, handoffs, and corrective actions.
Evaluate portfolio demand, organizational capacity, resource constraints, competing priorities, and sequencing options.
Develop if/then and what-if scenarios and document assumptions, trade-offs, constraints, risks, and recommended actions.
Support alignment among Asta Powerproject, D365, Power BI, Excel, and other approved planning systems.
Develop schedule reports, dashboards, milestone views, exception reporting, and executive decision materials.
Provide schedule information for cash-flow timing, capital planning, procurement planning, revenue forecasts, and financial-impact assessment.
Develop scheduling standards, templates, review methods, lessons learned, and planning capability across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of construction project scheduling experience, preferably in multifamily residential, modular, or large-scale construction environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Expert-level proficiency in Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables) with familiarity in Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with strong stakeholder engagement experience.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
Experience with modular construction or offsite manufacturing workflows is a plus.
