About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships
  • Build meaningful relationships with school partners
  • Generate demand for Zen educators, including teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Upsell Zen products and services within the school partner portfolio
  • Act as a central point of contact for school partnership stakeholders
  • Report key trends and feedback to the Product team
  • Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily substitute or long-term roles
  • Maintain contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems
  • Coach educators and improve their performance in schools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
  • Passion for the education sector and creating positive social impact
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn
  • Self-starter mindset and entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong work ethic; organized, efficient, and able to work with urgency
  • Empathy and commitment to improving stakeholder experiences
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with school partners and educators
  • Ability to communicate daily with educators and solve problems
  • Ability to complete a practical task and role-play a mock call during the hiring process
