About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships
  • Build deep, meaningful relationships with school partners
  • Generate increasing demand for Zen educators, including teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Upsell Zen products and services within the school partner portfolio
  • Act as a responsive, central point of contact for school partnership stakeholders
  • Report key trends and feedback to the Product team to improve the platform
  • Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles
  • Maintain constant contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems
  • Coach educators and improve their performance in schools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A deep passion for the education sector and creating a positive social impact
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
  • Coachability: thrive on feedback, bring low ego, and are eager to learn daily
  • Grit: self-starter who enjoys getting scrappy and thinking like an entrepreneur to reach goals
