About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build deep, meaningful relationships with school partners
  • Generate increasing demand for Zen educators, including teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Upsell Zen products and services within the school partner portfolio
  • Act as a responsive central point of contact for school partnership stakeholders
  • Report key trends and feedback to the Product team
  • Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily substitute or long-term roles
  • Maintain regular contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems
  • Coach educators and improve their performance in schools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for the education sector and creating a positive social impact
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn
  • Self-starter mindset and entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong work ethic; organized, efficient, and able to work with urgency
  • Empathy and commitment to improving others’ experiences
  • Must be based in Tampa, Florida
  • Ability to manage US school partnerships and support US educators
