Build and improve Zen Educate's education staffing platform
Support internal operations teams filling education roles
Improve tools for educators finding roles through the mobile app
Help schools obtain educators for short-term and long-term roles
Shape loosely defined problems with Product and Operations
Deliver iterative improvements and test value quickly
Develop permissions systems with granular school, network, and unit scopes
Implement audit logging for sensitive actions
Build administrative interfaces for non-engineers
Improve AI-enabled development workflows and monorepo configuration
Implement backend and frontend Mixpanel events
Upgrade the React Native app and Expo SDK
Improve database anonymisation tools and developer-experience metrics
Address vulnerabilities identified through red-team exercises
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Operations, and engineering teams
Ship frequently and lead outcome-focused Missions
Participate in technical, product-thinking, and role interviews as part of the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need
