Requirements

What you’ll need

Backgrounds in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, or fast-paced startups are highly transferable
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable conducting proactive daily outreach and speaking to a high volume of people every day
Motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
Independent and self-motivated
Capable of managing a large pipeline of educators
Strong prioritization, context-switching, and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite and AI
Eager to adopt and try new tools and technology
Recent graduates with a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply
