About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify and interview applicants by calling teachers, assessing preferences, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability for open roles
- Match candidates with positions aligned to their preferences and school needs
- Share Zen Educate’s mission and build value and urgency with applicants
- Guide candidates through screening and document collection during onboarding
- Follow up with candidates who need onboarding support
- Work in a fast-paced, changing startup environment
- Conduct proactive daily outreach and manage a high-volume applicant pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, fast-paced startups, or other transferable experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable conducting proactive daily outreach
- Comfortable speaking to a high volume of people every day
- Goal-oriented and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
- Independent and self-motivated
- Able to manage a large pipeline of educators
- Strong prioritization, context-switching, and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing technology, including Google Suite and AI
- Eager to adopt and try new tools and technology
- Recent graduates with a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply
