About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify applicants by phone as they sign up
- Assess applicant preferences and schedule interviews

Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, or fast-paced startups is highly transferable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Dedicated to proactive daily outreach
- Comfortable speaking to a high volume of people every day
- Motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
- Independent and self-motivated
- Able to manage a large pipeline of educators
- Strong prioritization, context-switching, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Google Suite and AI tools
- Eager to adopt new tools and technology
- Proactive mindset; recent graduates encouraged to apply
