About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the North America customer marketing strategy with the RVP, regional sales, and commercial leadership
  • Build plans tied to revenue, renewal, and expansion objectives
  • Report program-sourced pipeline, expansion ARR influenced, and retention results
  • Join customer meetings, account planning, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls
  • Hold weekly working sessions with the RVP to align priorities, target accounts, and success measures
  • Share engagement and risk signals with AEs, AMs, and CSMs and ensure tight handoffs
  • Segment customers by industry, edition, size, adoption, and renewal date
  • Design programs responding to falling usage, champion changes, low engagement, and upcoming renewals
  • Identify expansion intent and build account-growth plays with Account Managers
  • Design industry-specific programs for North American sectors
  • Partner with Account Managers on edition moves, cross-sell, and adoption programs
  • Run targeted programs for high-potential accounts
  • Create offers, plays, templates, and talk tracks for AEs, AMs, and CSMs
  • Organize user groups, roundtables, executive dinners, webinars, and event-related customer moments
  • Source customer stories for case studies, videos, references, reviews, and speaking opportunities
  • Build and support a customer advocate bench
  • Adapt central brand, product marketing, and lifecycle programs for North America
  • Use HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Gong, Dreamdata, Clay, AI, and signal tools for research, segmentation, and drafting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in customer, lifecycle, or account-based marketing
  • Customer-first instinct and genuine curiosity about customer motivations
  • Ability to read usage, renewal, and pipeline data and act on insights
  • Experience designing and running multi-touch programs end to end
  • Experience working inside or alongside sales and Customer Success teams
  • Matrix experience delivering to a commercial leader while maintaining one marketing standard
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confidence with HubSpot and a CRM such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
  • Comfortable using AI tools every day
  • Self-starter comfortable owning a region and working across time zones with the central team
