About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on business processes and translate challenges into pragmatic, scalable AI solutions
- Design, build, and deploy reliable ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI-agent solutions
- Take AI solutions from prototypes to scalable cloud-based production on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Turn complex aviation data into innovative data-driven products
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders
- Engage directly with customers
- Set technical direction on projects
- Raise engineering quality
- Support more junior colleagues
- Help grow the company’s technical expertise and culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Solid Python and software engineering skills
- Hands-on experience building data-driven software solutions, including ML, neural networks, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents
- Practical exposure to deploying, operating, and maintaining AI in production, including MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation, monitoring, and cost/latency optimization
- Solid data engineering skills, including SQL, Databricks, and data pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Awareness of AI security and compliance, including GDPR and the EU AI Act
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to technical and business audiences
- English is the working language
- Consulting mindset, strong stakeholder management, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proactive self-starter attitude and commitment to continuous learning
- Advanced agent architectures, multi-agent systems, MCP, tool orchestration, and memory management would be an asset
- GenAI security testing, local testing, red teaming, and penetration testing would be an asset
- Aviation industry background would be an asset
