About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support fruit monitoring and maturity programmes through data preparation, validation and analysis
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting
Identify trends, risks, anomalies and opportunities within fruit quality and supply chain datasets
Produce insights supporting operational, technical and commercial decision-making
Assist with predictive modelling, scenario analysis and impact assessments
Support strategic initiatives, innovation projects and business case development across the supply chain
Work alongside the Fruit Performance & Commercial Insights Lead
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and influence decisions impacting global operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

A tertiary qualification in food science, horticulture, engineering, data science, statistics, commerce or a related discipline
Experience in data analysis, reporting, quality systems or performance analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets
Experience with R, Python, Power BI, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office or similar analytical tools will be highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Exposure to horticulture, agriculture, food production or supply chain environments would be advantageous
