About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and improve contingent workforce workflows across Beeline and Workday
- Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex operational and systems issues
- Partner with MSP, ESC, Talent Tech, Product, and technical teams to identify root causes and drive resolution
- Operate within and optimize the Beeline Vendor Management System
- Translate business requirements into system and workflow update inputs
- Monitor workflow performance and data integrity across the Beeline-to-Workday integration
- Identify opportunities to streamline contingent worker lifecycle processes, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding
- Support vendor workflow updates, lifecycle improvements, and compliance-related changes
- Assist with intake, prioritization, and tracking of operational work using Jira
- Maintain audit-ready process documentation and support communications
- Partner with Contingent Workforce leadership and cross-functional teams to align business needs, systems, and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in operations, program support, or enablement roles
- Experience working with systems and tools that support business operations
- Understanding of how workflows translate into execution
- Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System such as Beeline is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Workday workflows, especially contingent worker lifecycle processes
- Comfort troubleshooting system integration issues such as Beeline to Workday
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions
