About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the video pipeline from intake through delivery
  • Maintain content calendars, project tracking sheets, production schedules, shot lists, media management, post-production, and publishing workflows
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and new tools
  • Oversee the unified content calendar and coordinate shared resources
  • Maximize cross-team capture opportunities and connect producers with post-production resources
  • Partner with editorial, social, creative, brand, media, and production teams to prioritize content and align stakeholders
  • Support YouTube publishing operations, including calendars, packaging, performance reporting, testing, and optimization
  • Coordinate internal crews and external agencies, production companies, and vendors
  • Manage production logistics, bids, statements of work, budgets, and review processes
  • Support creative and production decisions, including talent sourcing and post-production needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, content production, creative operations, or a related field
  • Strong project-management skills coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end video production lifecycle and digital publishing
  • Experience working with internal creative teams, agencies, vendors, and production partners
  • Understanding of YouTube, SEO, audience behavior, and video performance analytics
  • Ability to use data to improve content, publishing, and audience growth
  • Organized, proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
  • Interest in systems, AI, automation, and emerging production tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, marketing, business, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Hands-on editing, post-production, or on-set experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, and Figma is helpful
  • Open to variable travel
