About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead three major system projects for operational excellence
- Coordinate the global cyber readiness project
- Design and develop data analytics tools for global operations
- Perform data analysis to support data-driven operational efficiency
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new countries into cyber readiness, including training, drills, and procedure creation
- Provide business continuity solutions during cyber incidents
- Assist with planning and executing country cyber-attack drills
- Track implementation of the entire crisis-management project work plan
- Follow up on action items across sub-projects with the cyber consultancy firm
- Maintain project schedules
- Keep vessel and port status updated as part of the Global Operation Center
- Provide Global Operation Center updates to all company units
- Provide data-driven insights on port performance, vessel performance, fuel consumption, and emissions
- Develop data analytics tools using Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, and AI agents
Requirements
What you’ll need- An academic degree in Industrial Engineering – a must
- Experience in project management with cross functional and multi-cultural interfaces – a must
- Strong Excel and analytical skills – a must
- Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) – a must
