About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers, understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve customer problems
- Lead end-to-end implementations for new enterprise customers and build customer processes from scratch
- Lead training and Q&A sessions for customers and key stakeholders
- Manage requirements and tasks across multiple customer onboardings
- Delegate and oversee project activities for solutions and technical consultants
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requests and set customer expectations
- Successfully onboard customers as quickly as possible
- Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years’ experience working in Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience leading enterprise-wide (ideally global) P2P or ERP implementations
- Fantastic communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and proactive work style
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Ability to push back while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable with software configuration; technical skills are a plus
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to make Zip and its customers happy
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located
- Sponsorship may be available for work authorization
