About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Field inbound calls from internal and external customers to complete the End of Use process
  • Complete outbound calls to customers regarding status of LifeVest and/or HFMS and AMS use
  • Drive efforts to ensure the timely return of equipment
  • Create RMAs and open Return Orders to track serialized equipment
  • Facilitate equipment returns to ZOLL, including scheduling UPS pickups or arranging field representative pickups
  • Review Customer Call Reports, Patient Agreements, and other documentation for contact information
  • Provide accurate and prompt customer service
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely equipment returns
  • Manage Return Orders within established parameters
  • Navigate and manage difficult conversations
  • Contact patients and field sales team members to relay or obtain information and documentation
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years demonstrated computer skills with strong MS 365 experience required
  • 2+ years demonstrated strong customer service skills required
  • Bi-lingual skillset (English and Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in team or individual environment
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and manage daily workload
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including frequent repetitive motions
