About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Open new Central Sleep Apnea programs involving Heart Failure Specialists, Electrophysiologists, Sleep Center Physicians, and associated clinic staff
- Meet existing and potential customers by traveling to identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints and demonstrate company products
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel, make contacts across departments, and identify key decision makers
- Train hospital customers on CSA prevalence, patient screening, screening pathways, and therapy titration
- Explain reimbursement dynamics and conduct value-based sales conversations with economic buyers
- Support unit implants in hospital labs and operating rooms and perform patient follow-up
- Respond to customer product and service needs, questions, and concerns
- Exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Manage company resources in accordance with company guidelines and governmental regulations
- Be available for calls after normal working hours as needed
- Maintain vendor credentials for customer facility access
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years as a high-performing medical sales representative with experience in program building
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to take responsibility and act independently, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, 30–50%; travel may vary based on territory and business needs
- Ability to maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing, plus occasional lifting and carrying
