About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze business requirements from customers
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free
Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and meet project milestones
Document processes, configurations, and customisations
Participate in pre-sales activities including solution presentations and proposal development
Perform other duties as prescribed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry
Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in ERP, CRM, or other business applications
Understanding of business processes and ability to analyse and document complex requirements
Project management skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English required
Additional European languages such as German and/or French are a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
