About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite
Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of product managers
Own and scale the product roadmap
Ensure seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows
Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions
Champion design excellence and deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions
Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership from ideation to launch
Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer conversations, leadership forums, and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
10+ years of experience in product management
Deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions
Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and the needs of AP teams and CFOs
Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and bringing them to market
Strong ownership and initiative; ability to drive outcomes end to end
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights
Strong commercial judgment
Proven experience leading and developing product teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with peers and executive leadership
