About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite
Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing product management team
Own and scale the product roadmap
Ensure seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows
Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions
Champion design excellence and deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions
Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership from ideation to launch
Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer conversations, internal leadership forums, and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
10+ years of experience in product management, with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions
Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows, including the day-to-day needs of AP teams and the strategic priorities of CFOs
Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and successfully bringing them to market
Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive outcomes end to end, act proactively, and identify and address challenges early
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapt quickly, and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights
Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities
Proven experience leading and developing product teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and executive leadership
