About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build robust talent pipelines and source and recruit primarily for in-clinic positions, including providers and support staff
  • Develop relationships with outside organizations to source pipelines
  • Orchestrate internal hiring processes for in-demand roles
  • Create and deliver visual, predictable funnel metrics for hiring teams
  • Source and recruit for a varied array of ZoomCare roles
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting positions, sourcing, scheduling and interviewing candidates, processing offers, and initiating pre-boarding
  • Create compelling recruiting posts communicating ZoomCare’s mission, vision, values, role details, and development opportunities
  • Develop and execute recruiting campaigns
  • Post job advertisements, network with and contact candidates, and leverage professional job sites
  • Develop relationships with colleges and other organizations
  • Support internal career pathing programs with cross-functional teams
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and collaborate on timely hiring; train and coach new hiring managers
  • Use the applicant tracking system to capture and analyze candidate data
  • Develop funnel metrics and deliver recruitment reports and KPIs to hiring leaders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external and internal applicants
  • Present and negotiate job offers
  • Launch employee onboarding in the applicant tracking system and ensure timelines are followed
  • Assist with hiring strategy, staff augmentation, staff development, and business planning
  • Ensure compliance with protocols, policies, procedures, and state and federal laws when handling candidate data and pre-employment screening
  • Assist with special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be located in Oregon or Washington to be considered
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience required
  • Strong preference for experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and departments
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and direct outreach
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing effective recruiting campaigns
  • Ability to analyze, track, and present key recruitment metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate sensitive or confidential hiring conversations with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
