Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with Quote-to-Order processes, including NPI and CPQ operations
  • Ability to apply an architectural mindset when proposing solution designs
  • Proven ability to lead operational support, business-critical enhancements, process improvements, and author business requirements and solution designs
  • Success in managing product and sprint backlogs
  • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies
  • 3+ years managing direct reports, including analysts and QA engineers
  • Proven track record of establishing quality standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a high growth SaaS or technology company
  • Hands-on experience executing CPQ implementations at scale
  • Highly motivated and self-driven approach to continuous operational improvement
