About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the SVP and cross-functional teams to author and refine the company’s forward-looking financial narrative
Draft quarterly earnings scripts, Q&A, and other investor-facing materials
Manage and cultivate relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional investors
Communicate Zscaler’s platform vision and long-term growth strategy to investors
Identify and build relationships with prospective institutional shareholders
Prioritize management’s time around investor targeting
Collaborate on the annual Investor Day, customer-conference investor sessions, marketing roadshows, and conference schedules
Deliver real-time investor sentiment and market feedback to executives
Support corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning
Report to the SVP of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
Experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines
Experience utilizing modern analytics tools to optimize IR workflows
12+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company
Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models
Strong financial modeling skills
Ability to discuss valuation frameworks and capital allocation strategies with institutional analysts
BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Interest in equity markets and what drives stocks
