About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and provide tuning recommendations for data loss prevention solutions
Perform periodic reviews of the data protection program and recommend improvements
Maintain relationships with business partners to understand where sensitive data resides and which controls can protect it
Implement and operationalize security tools
Continuously improve alert fidelity to strengthen security outcomes
Report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Security, within the Enterprise Security department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Remote (US only) work authorization/location requirement
Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
Experience with a variety of data loss prevention tools, focusing on web, endpoint, and email exfiltration avenues
Proven working knowledge of reviewing DLP alerts, reducing false positives, and moving controls to blocking state with minimal impact to the business
Understanding of data stores, including cloud and SaaS environments, to deploy monitoring functionality and controls
Experience with Zscaler security tools, particularly ZIA and DSPM (preferred)
Automation skills for data processing and tuning opportunities (preferred)
