About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support applied research and experimentation focused on the use of Generative AI.
- Assist with the configuration and parameterization of AI agents based on knowledge bases and structured data.
- Conduct practical, functional, and behavioral testing of Generative AI platforms and large language models (LLMs).
- Organize, document, and structure experiment results, hypotheses, and model-generated responses.
- Collaborate on data gathering, basic data processing, and data interpretation to analyze agent performance.
- Consolidate and analyze user feedback to propose continuous improvements to AI interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field, with expected graduation in 2027 or later.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day as an intern.
- Basic conceptual understanding of how Generative AI and AI agents work.
- Familiarity with Generative AI platforms, tools, or interfaces (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Strong written communication skills, the ability to follow technical instructions, and discipline in documenting processes.
- Structured logical reasoning for basic data analysis and problem-solving.
- Previous experience through personal or academic projects, or coursework involving the creation and configuration of workflows on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Flowise, Langflow, Dify, OpenAI GPTs, Make, etc.) is a plus.
- Conceptual knowledge of integrating knowledge bases with language models (RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts) is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or basic Python) and consolidating user feedback is a plus.
