Lead product design projects from discovery through final delivery and handoff, promoting strategic vision and excellence in user experience.
Actively participate in strategic definition processes with stakeholders, translating business objectives into viable and innovative design solutions.
Ensure the creation of high-quality interfaces and prototypes, aligning technical requirements with the expectations of multidisciplinary teams.
Organize and oversee design workflows, prioritizing activities, resources, and deadlines to optimize project delivery.
Serve as a technical reference and foster knowledge sharing across the team, promoting professional growth and alignment with industry best practices.
Monitor and analyze experience metrics and product results, guiding data-driven decisions.

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
Strong knowledge of UX, UI, and user-centered design principles.
Proven experience leading discovery processes, mapping user journeys, and validating solutions.
Ability to define and monitor relevant metrics for evaluating user experience and product success.
