About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with monitoring supplier payment workflows and support management of the department’s budget.
- Assist with managing the Policies Portal, including publishing, organizing, and updating institutional policies and procedures.
- Manage the filing and version control of institutional and procedural documents in the department’s directories.
- Assist with the monthly analysis of the litigation spreadsheet to support legal case provisioning.
- Support the collection and organization of data for tracking the team’s and department’s OKRs.
- Create digital forms, proposing improvements and integrations where applicable.
- Collaborate on managing access permissions and licenses for systems and platforms.
- Assist with the department’s project management, particularly the development and maintenance of information hubs.
- Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency of governance processes.
- Support internal communications, event planning, and team activities.
- Work with suppliers, providing support and clarification regarding internal processes.
- Assist with creating, integrating, and/or automating internal processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, Technology, or a related field.
- Commitment to deliverables, work quality, and team objectives.
- Proactive approach to learning, execution, and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize departmental processes, including through the use of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously develop within Legal Operations.
- Collaborative profile, with strong communication skills for interacting with diverse Zuppers and teams across the company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G Suite, especially spreadsheets, word-processing documents, and PowerPoint.
- A plus: experience or a strong interest in process mapping, optimization, and/or automation, with a focus on applying Artificial Intelligence.
- A plus: previous experience with Legal Operations, administrative, or financial routines.
- A plus: experience with project management or task organization tools, such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.
- A plus: experience working with KPIs and dashboards through Power BI and/or Looker Studio.
