Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance robust backend applications using Java, designing and implementing REST APIs and system integrations.
Actively promote, explore, and drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across workflows and products.
Participate in defining technical standards and making architectural decisions, working with microservices and event-driven architectures.
Ensure technical quality through automated testing and regular code reviews.
Support multidisciplinary squads in solving complex software challenges.
Continuously monitor and optimize application performance in Cloud Native environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, and the broader Spring ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and building RESTful APIs.
Practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts, including RAG, BMAD, APM, Devin, Claude, Copilot, and Hive (an internal tool).
Experience with cloud ecosystems, preferably AWS.
Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, as well as messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to create automated tests using JUnit and Mockito.
