About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the frontline representative for complex troubleshooting contacts relating to Zwift products
  • Own customer issues and efficiently guide customers to solutions
  • Lead by example in achieving support KPIs and maintaining high quality, efficiency, and low customer effort
  • Identify recurring issues and trends
  • Suggest process or product improvements to Community Support specialists
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on Zwift software, subscriptions, hardware compatibility, and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience handling and resolving complex customer cases
  • Strong and adaptable written communication skills with a friendly, clear, and professional tone
  • Deep knowledge of bikes and cycling-related hardware
  • Ability to translate technical details into practical guidance for customers of all experience levels
  • High emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with the Zwift platform (bonus)
  • Experience with indoor cycling and/or training platforms (bonus)
  • Experience handling customer cases via email, chat, phone, and forums (bonus)
  • Previous experience working alongside a BPO/outsourced customer service team (bonus)
  • AI tool use during interviews must be disclosed or cited; undisclosed use disqualifies candidacy
