Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and maintain complex financial models from scratch for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and storage
• Analyze project economics and perform sensitivities and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and financing structures
• Prepare analysis, forecasts, and materials to support management decision making
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including lenders, advisors, consultants, rating agencies, and partners
• Improve, standardize, and automate modeling processes
• Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle

Project Finance Analyst

• Manage the accounting team, government authorities reporting, financial statements and tax reports, vendor payments, sales operations, billing and collection, cash flow, payroll, and internal controls
• Manage the company’s FP&A, including annual budgeting, actual-versus-plan analysis, project monitoring, forecast updates, and manufacturing cost analysis
• Support business decisions through financial analysis and profitability assessment
• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and business insights to HQ and local management teams
• Report to the CSVP Finance and Commercial

Director of Finance

• Own end-to-end financial planning for assigned departments, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly budget vs. actuals analysis
• Partner with budget owners and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven decision-making
• Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, including variance analysis and presentation of key findings
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
• Establish, maintain, and improve company financial policies and governance processes
• Own and continuously enhance the Travel & Entertainment process, including policy management, compliance monitoring, reporting, controls, and employee support
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
• Drive implementation and optimization of FP&A systems, planning tools, and workflow solutions
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline financial processes, improve reporting, and reduce manual work
• Partner with R&D, Operations, HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Accounting on strategic initiatives and business cases
• Take ownership of ad hoc analyses, strategic projects, and executive-level financial presentations
