Operations

• Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service.
• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial.
• For hiring operations: run sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-up, tracking, and identify broken processes.
• For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work.
• Notice slippage, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked.
• Make daily operational decisions and be evaluated on their quality.
• Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial and receive direct feedback.
