Program Specialist

• Conduct market research to support product and program development, strategic planning and market growth initiatives
• Lead implementation and evaluation of marketing projects, providing recommendations for product enhancements and performance optimization
• Oversee the Medicaid Extra Benefits Program, including vendor management, budget oversight, reporting, member escalations, compliance with SCDHHS requirements, and support for Member Services and Care Management
• Lead annual planning, program enhancements, member communications and internal training
• Research, coordinate, manage and implement major marketing projects
• Manage products and programs after launch or implementation
• Develop and conduct primary market research on competitors, industry, customers, market trends, portfolio analysis, product development and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with external companies and vendors
• Ensure activities align with strategic plans, timelines and budgets
• Manage project plans, risk management plans and project documentation
• Oversee project teams, testing assignments, project budgets and delivery timelines
• Identify business requirements and support new business implementations or acquisitions
• Facilitate project missions, goals, tasks, resource requirements, service levels and customer requirements
• Maintain stakeholder communication throughout projects
• Resolve or assist with conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
• Analyze customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction with products and processes
• Coordinate and complete other tasks and projects assigned by management
