SDET

• Own end-to-end Quality Engineering architectures covering automation, orchestration, integrations, test data, environments and observability across multiple applications and teams
• Design and implement reusable frameworks, services, connectors and platform components
• Establish engineering standards and lead code and architecture reviews
• Define workflows for test design, data preparation, execution, failure analysis, maintenance, re-execution and release evidence
• Build and operationalise AI agents and LLM workflows for requirements analysis, scenario generation, coverage assessment, failure diagnosis and controlled self-healing
• Incorporate evaluation, traceability, privacy and human oversight into AI workflows
• Integrate quality controls into CI/CD pipelines, establishing quality gates, risk indicators and actionable feedback
• Define test environment and data strategies for repeatable, parallel execution in production-representative environments
• Lead solutions from initial design and proof of concept through operational adoption
• Address scalability, resilience, security, maintainability and operating costs
• Work with Business Quality Analysts, developers and platform engineers to translate functional inputs into maintainable validation assets and coordinated workflows
• Act as technical reference for teams and clients
• Own architectural recommendations, explain trade-offs and measure delivered-solution impact
• Remain directly involved in coding critical components, resolving complex engineering challenges and guiding implementation

• Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations
• Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure reliable performance
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the entire SDLC

Intermediate Test Engineer

• Create, maintain, and run automated tests
• Help investigate test failures and fix issues with automated tests
• Execute pre-scripted performance tests, including Load, Stress, Spike, and Soak/Endurance tests
• Record key performance metrics: latency, response times, throughput, error rates, and HTTP response codes
• Monitor basic performance metrics using AWS CloudWatch
• Review test results and identify anomalies and basic performance failures
• Report anomalies and basic performance failures to intermediate and senior team members

Junior Test Engineer, Automation – Python

• Lead performance testing for complex cloud-based systems, focusing on scalability, resilience, and deep performance analysis
• Define and set up performance testing approaches for cloud-native components and architectures, including microservices, serverless, and containers
• Test and validate cloud elasticity, auto-scaling policies, failover, and self-healing mechanisms under peak load
• Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis, including heap dumps, thread dumps, memory leak identification, and database query optimization
• Establish Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets with product managers
• Translate business and technical requirements into performance-testing plans, defining testing scope, test scenarios, and relevant metrics
• Analyze performance results and system behavior to identify bottlenecks, determine root causes, and recommend improvements
• Help shape performance practices and share expertise with other engineers

Senior Test Engineer Automation

• Create, maintain, and execute automated tests
• Design workload scenarios based on production traffic patterns and SLA/SLO requirements
• Script dynamic test scenarios with parameterization, correlation, data driving, and assertions
• Integrate load tests into CI/CD pipelines for automated regression testing
