• Establish closing dates and times with members
• Coordinate closing times with title companies and originators for purchase loans
• Review documents with members and obtain required signatures
• Close mortgage loans in office for specific mortgage loan programs
• Order payoffs for existing liens
• Prepare name, property, hold harmless, judgment, and occupancy affidavits
• Obtain releases on previous liens
• Complete verbal verifications of employment
• Prepare Closing Disclosure settlement figures
• Obtain homeowners insurance verification
• Review closing figures with members before closing
• Review all loan documents for accuracy
• Cross-sell credit union products and services
• Maintain knowledge of credit union mortgage products
• Apply federal mortgage-loan regulations
• Perform notary services
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management
