Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership
  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external teams
  • Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate end-to-end handling with related teams
  • Keep customers proactively informed about issue status and clarify their doubts
  • Prepare and analyze regular statistics, such as forecasts, using available tools
  • Collect relevant information, track regular sales performance against targets, and share insights with management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Tender/Bid Management, or a related business support function
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Proactive communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across sales, service, operations, and customer stakeholders
  • Good teamwork, accountability, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to identify potential risks, resolve issues efficiently, and support effective decision-making
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
