About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate with members via phone and email
- Provide empathy, care, guidance, and solutions for members’ unique financial needs
- Support onboarding and new account setup
- Answer questions and coach members throughout their financial journey
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices
- Accurately document member interactions and activity

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience (call center or retail)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm
- People-focused approach and solution mindset
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Strong communication skills
