About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate with members via phone and email
- Answer questions and support onboarding and new account setup

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience, in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm
- People-focused approach and solution mindset
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Strong communication skills
